The whole military inspired thing is HOTT among the trendlist for this year. I have never been one to really follow the trends, but I decided to break out a skirt I had purchased way back in 1998 at a store called Cloud 9 clothing in Baltimore......This skirt is PERFECT for the non-conforming fashionista!
